Our Story

Tacos Dorados was born from a passion for authentic Mexican street food. Our founder, Miguel, grew up in Mexico City learning traditional recipes from his grandmother.

After moving to the US, he missed the flavors of home and decided to bring them to the community through our food truck. Every dish is made with the same love and care as in his abuela's kitchen.

We source fresh, high-quality ingredients and prepare everything from scratch daily. Our salsas are made in-house using family recipes passed down through generations.
